Problem Statement:

Mr. Johnson mainly focused on the problem of searching for the trustworthy bully show and kennels. The earlier used platforms were not well integrated hence it was difficult for the consumers to find out and trust the most recommended events and service providers. That is why the creation of a centralized and reliable network was his ultimate goal in this process.

Project Journey and Timeline:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

During our initial meetings, we identified several key features to address Mr. Johnson’s needs

A list of top bully shows and a registry of reputable bully kennels.
Rating and recommendation from the user for each listed member.
An organized layout to allow users to find what they need quickly.
User management interface for creating new listings and moderating users’ feedback on the existing ones.

Design Phase:

Accordingly, we developed a simple and, at the same time, clear menu to be easily comprehensible for both business entities and emergency services. We established wireframes and prototypes to which Jane reacted positively by approving them.

Development and Implementation:

The development process involved the use of PHP in constructing the backend of the platform. Key features implemented included:

A refined searching mechanism that is linked to a list of the highly ranked members.
Identity confirmation and user accounts.
An admin panel for managing the content and its moderation.

Testing:

Testing was very strict as far as quality is concerned and it incorporated functional testing on various devices and browsers. We conducted.

Deployment:

The platform was brought online on the 1st of July 2024. Therefore, we offered elaborate training to Mr. Johnson and his whole team to allow them to understand the way of managing and updating the site.

Results and Conclusion:

Using the new platform, one is able to identify bully shows and kennels with a lot of ease. People are now provided with a single one-stop shop that includes a directory pointing to the best members of the bully community. Mr. Johnson has shown a very high level of satisfaction with the development of this particular project citing increased usage and positive responses from the society.
