Our team received a message from Jessica Williams on 05/09/2023 about designing a professional website for her home watch business WPM Asset Resources. In essence, she required a platform that could properly advertise her services and allow customers to place orders.

Problem Statement:
Jessica needed an extensive agency website to post services like Home Insurance, Home Repair, Risk Management, Squatters, HVAC breakdowns, and Advocate services. She also wanted some key areas on the site that must contain a contact form, a gallery, the frequently asked questions and the services.
Project Journey and Timeline:
- 05/09/2023: Project Inception: Jessica Williams getting in touch with us to discuss her project idea. Planning sessions with her were conducted to get oriented with her expectations and needs at the beginning.
- 10/09/2023: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: After a discussion with Jessica we assessed specific requirements in elaboration of the list of primary and secondary features and contents of the site.
- 15/09/2023: Design Phase: Developed wireframes and prototypes for the website and showed them to Jessica and she also agreed to them.
- 20/09/2023: Development Phase: Designed the structure and function of the website using HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript and the back-end database of MySQL.
- 25/09/2023 - Testing Phase: Performed extensive testing to identify functionality and responsiveness of the software. Beta testing was done to collect data.
- 30/09/2023 - Deployment Phase: The website was successfully deployed. Jessica and her team were provided training sessions and documentation.
- 01/09/2023 - Present Maintenance and Support: Ongoing support and regular updates have been provided to ensure the website’s optimal performance.
