Introduction:
Michael Taylor reached out to us in November 2023 and asked to redesign or update his existing website, Arrowfin. He required changes in the content available on the site to meet his business type.

Problem Statement:
Michael needed updates in the website, which calls for both introducing fresh information and deleting such information that appeared to be stale. The objective was to make sure everything on the site reflected his services as well as products.
Project Journey and Timeline:
- 1/11/2023: Project Inception: Michael Taylor proposed his project to us. Therefore, preliminary discussions were conducted to establish his concept and needs.
- 05/11/2023: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: The detailed requirements were gathered with the help of conversation with Michael. Some of the content changes were noted and recorded.
- 10/11/2023: Design Phase: Checked the look and feel of the application to ensure the modifications made would be compatible with the current design in the application.
- 15/11/2023: Development Phase: All the content updates were performed in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- 20/11/2023 - Testing Phase: Great efforts were made to conduct tests to prove the functionality and also the inter and intra comparison. To collect the feedback, beta testing was conducted.
- 25/11/2023 - Deployment Phase: We managed to deploy the updated website. Training sessions and various documentation were shared with Michael and his team.
- 30/11/2023 - Present Maintenance and Support: Support from the management side has been unyielding; frequent updates have been offered. The platform has also employed user feedback to enhance the platform’s functionality.

Design Phase:
While the project was mainly concerned with content updates, it was necessary to consider the existing design to see how the changes would fit in.
Development and Implementation:
Using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, we performed the following tasks:
Insert new sections and modified general details based on Michael’s specifications.
Blocked or deleted previous information or information that has already lost its relevance in the web page.
Revised existing content to reflect Michael’s latest business offerings and brand messaging.
Improved text and media for better SEO and user engagement on the website.
Testing:
The application was thoroughly tested to ensure no hindrance to the updates implemented including the functionality testing, user interface testing.
Deployment:
On 25/11/2023, the changes on the website were made successfully and the new website was deployed. Our aim was to make Michael and his team ready to deal with the platform thus we trained them and documented all what they needed.
Maintenance and Support:
Since the deployment, we have also provided support to fix problems that may arise and enhance new improvements in line with the users’ feedback. Updates and maintenance are critical to make the platform as effective as possible at all times.
Results and Conclusion:
The changes we made offered a clean integration toward the theme of the Arrowfin and towards updating the site that reasonably catalogs Michael’s business. Regarding the update, he was extremely satisfied. Through the use of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and MySQL, the design and functionality of the website were achieved to Michael’s satisfaction and the platform’s functionality was enhanced.
