Introduction:
Sarah Thompson came to our team in December 2023 seeking assistance in the development of a website “DTA Estates” for her real estate business. She required an appealing and practical website which includes information about the services she provides and her works.

Problem Statement:
Sarah requires a website that suits her real estate business and therefore, she requires a site with a contact page with a form, an about us page and a projects page. The appearance of the website had to be very professional and should be aligned with her brand.
Project Journey and Timeline:
- 10/12/2023: Project Inception: Sarah Thompson introduced her project idea to us. Consultations were first conducted to establish what she wanted and what she needed.
- 15/12/2023: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Detailed requirements were gathered through discussions with Sarah. Key features and functionalities were identified and documented.
- 20/12/2023: Design Phase: Selected and customized the template. Design reviews and approvals were obtained from Sarah.
- 05/01/2024: Development Phase: Implemented the website features. Customized the template and developed the contact form, about us page, and projects page.
- 15/01/2024 - Testing Phase: Extensive testing was conducted to ensure functionality and user experience. Beta testing was carried out to gather feedback.
- 25/01/2024 - Deployment Phase: The website was successfully deployed. Training sessions and documentation were provided to Sarah and her team.
- 30/01/2024 - Present Maintenance and Support: Continuous support and regular updates have been provided. User feedback has been incorporated to improve the platform.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
We held several meetings with Sarah to understand her vision and requirements:
Design Phase:
Using our preferred design tool, the template available was chosen and then adapted for use in Sarah’s brand identity. To make the website intuitive and attractive to visitors we prioritized the clean and professional design with clear navigation.
Development and Implementation:
Using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, we developed the following features:
Inserted Sarah’s content and branding elements into the chosen template but made some changes in it.
Created a user-friendly form for inquiries.
Developed a page detailing the company’s mission and team.
Built a section to showcase real estate listings.
Testing:
Intensive evaluations were done over each feature in functionality testing, user interface testing and even beta testing using a set of users.
Deployment:
The website was deployed on 25/01/2024. Meanwhile, Sarah and her team were trained and documented properly to enhance their efficiency of the platform.
Maintenance and Support:
Since the deployment, we have been providing constant assistance to cover up all the problems and to incorporate all the necessary updates as per our users’ feedback. This is another advantage that entails frequent update of the platform as well as routine checkups.
Results and Conclusion:
